Morimoto Sisters is a duo of voices, composed of Satomi and Emiko Morimoto, two Japanese sisters, who include in their repertoires music from both the East and the West, performed at an exceedingly high level thanks to their prodigious voices and their virtuosity on the piano.
On this occasion, and with the purpose of framing this concert within Mundo Japón La Laguna 2024, the sisters have prepared a program from their native country, covering a repertoire that ranges from the 19th century to the present day. This performance has been titled “Morimoto Sisters To Tomodachi” 森本シスターズと友達, which means “Morimoto Sisters and Friends” in English.
In this roster of artists and friends, we highlight the participation of the renowned flamenco dancer Ana Beatriz Alonso and the wonderful aerial dance artist and director of the Vértice company, Rubén Adrián Fernández.
The event will hold other surprises, but you will have to wait until March 23 to discover them.
